We use the JOT method for managing remote workers. Tasks are divided into 1- or 2-week periods called sprints. Workers report daily, and we track progress with meetings, online tools, and daily reports. This makes managing the worker simple and clear.
How do I pay, and what is the legal status of the employee?
Payments are made directly to our company, so you don’t need to worry about employer-employee relationships or extra costs. This saves money and boosts productivity by 30%.
